Huis Willet-Holthuysen

Step into the past as you enter the doors of the Huis Willet-Holthuysen in the centre of Amsterdam. This imposing double mansion on the Herengracht has a number of period rooms, with the original furnishings of the time. The garden laid out in 18th-century French style is an oasis of calm in the busy canal district. The museum also hosts an exhibition by a contemporary artist every six months.
